We have developed DVD giving an explaining on chakras.  This presentation covers the colours of your chakras, where in the body they are situated and what they relate to.  There is then a section on how to open your chakras using Mudras (symbols and chants) and then goes on to show techniques for balancing your chakras, the correct foods etc., and ends with colour frequencies for healing and their meanings.
